• High-risk decisions related to employment, credit, housing, insurance, criminal justice, education admissions, healthcare eligibility, or similar regulated areas.

• Scraping, botting, credential sharing, or creating accounts to evade restrictions.
• Overloading infrastructure or using automation that degrades platform performance.
• Reverse engineering, probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without permission.
• Reselling access or using the Services for unauthorized third-party usage pools.
